PULSAR is software for analysing ion-mobility mass spectrometry data. It handles importing mobility data, and organising spectra by experimental meta-information, and viewing mass and mobility spectra. It provides a tool to fit the mass spectrum, and will automatically calculate CCS values of ions from the measurements made on both travelling-wave and drift-tube ion mobility mass spectrometers. It also provides a workflow for the modelling of gas-phase unfolding trajectories, and the tools to quantify and compute gas-phase stabilisation of proteins.
